The district
What we see in Downtown Los Angeles
Downtown is our closest working district — the produce terminal, the warehouse blocks east of the river, and the distribution operations tucked between the 5, the 10 and the 101. It is also the district where service windows are tightest, because a lot of the freight moving through it runs overnight and early morning and the units are only standing still for a few hours either side of a shift.
Being based in Glassell Park means we can work those windows without the drive eating the window. A unit that goes down after an early-morning run can be diagnosed before the next one instead of losing the day.
