What we collect

• Contact details you give us — your name, company or fleet name, phone number and email address.
• Service details you give us — vehicle location, truck make and engine, unit count, fault codes and a description of the problem.
• Basic technical data — standard web server logs such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, kept for security and troubleshooting.

Why we use it

• To dispatch a technician to your vehicle and bring the right parts.
• To prepare a quote or a preventative maintenance program for your fleet.
• To keep service and inspection records, including records required for DOT and CHP terminal audits.
• To respond to your enquiry and follow up about work we have carried out.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only with service providers who help us operate — for example the provider that delivers form submissions to our inbox — and only to the extent needed to do that job, or where we are required to by law.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept only as long as they are useful for following up. Service and inspection records are kept for as long as required for compliance and warranty purposes.
